This week the children enjoyed M and M’s production of Sleeping Beauty. They thoroughly enjoyed it and we love being able to give them these experiences. This would not be possible without our amazing Friends of Castle Hill, who shared the cost with us and provided popcorn for all.

Our Year 2 children recently embarked on a visit to the Sea City Museum as part of their Titanic project. This provided them with a unique opportunity to delve deeper into this historical event, enriching their understanding and bringing their classroom learning to life. As always, the children were brilliantly behaved, excited about their learning and the museum were amazed at how much they already knew!

On another note, I would like to extend an invitation to our parent community. We are currently seeking parent volunteers to assist with reading in our classrooms. Your contribution, even if only 20 minutes per week, can make a significant difference in a child's educational journey. If you are interested in participating, please visit the school office to collect a form or inform your child's class teacher directly. Your involvement in our school community is invaluable, and we greatly appreciate any support you can offer.

Have a lovely weekend Mrs Fitz
